The facts: Parental abduction is a crime in all 50 states Kipper was taken from his home in Bethany, OK, by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Wills, for a weekend visitation with his father, Mike Lacey of Dallas.
Kipper never returned home as scheduled. Kipper, Mike Lacey, and Dorothy Wills vanished without a trace. Joreta was told by authorities that her husband committed no crime, calling the disappearance “a domestic dispute.”
